Transcript Requests
Process for Obtaining Results
Students and graduates of Spiritan Missionary Seminary may request official transcripts by following the steps below:

Submit a Formal Request

A written request must be submitted to the Academic Office.

The request should include:

Full name (as registered)
-
Registration number
-
Program completed
-
Year of study completion
-
Purpose of the transcript (e.g., job application, further studies)

Recipient’s details (if the transcript is to be sent directly)

Attach Supporting Documents

A copy of your student ID or national ID/passport

Proof of payment for transcript processing fees
-

Pay the Transcript Fee
-
Payment should be made to the seminary’s designated account.

The current processing fee and bank details are available at the Bursar’s Office.

Processing Time

Transcript processing takes approximately 5–10 working days after submission of all requirements.

Urgent requests may incur an additional express service fee.

Collection or Delivery

Transcripts can be:

Collected in person (with ID verification)
-
Mailed directly to institutions or employers upon request

Additional Notes

Unofficial transcripts may be accessed through the student’s academic file.

Only one official transcript is issued per request—students are encouraged to keep copies.

The seminary does not issue transcripts to third parties without written authorization.
