Teaching Faculty
The Teaching Faculty at Spiritan Missionary Seminary is composed of a diverse team of qualified, experienced, and mission-driven lecturers who are committed to the academic, spiritual, and pastoral formation of students. They bring together a wide range of expertise in Philosophy, Theology, Religious Studies, Social Sciences, and Languages.
Faculty Roles and Responsibilities:
Delivering lectures, seminars, and tutorials in their specialized fields.
Supervising research projects and extended essays.
Participating in curriculum development and academic planning.
Providing academic advising and mentorship to students.
Contributing to academic boards and quality assurance committees.
Faculty Qualifications:
Most members of the teaching staff hold at least a Master’s Degree or Doctorate in their respective disciplines from reputable institutions. Many are also ordained priests or religious scholars, bringing theological insight and pastoral experience to the learning environment.

The teaching faculty operates under the leadership of the Vice Rector Academic and collaborates closely with the Academic Board to ensure academic integrity, relevance, and excellence.
